Everytime I start my computer it says "NTLDR is missing Press Ctrl-Alt-Del to restart". When i put my windows cd in it wont let me boot from it even if i press F10 in the beginning and choose to boot from the cd.My brother gave me a cd with the files missing and it still doesnt workI dont have a floppy drive. Is there anyway i can wipe my hd without turning on my computer or is there another way to fix this.
