actually, there is a law against harassing wild animals unless you have a hunting permit. you can't chase them, yell at them etc.

in the wild it is fine. if human intervention is involved, then it is not fine and likely there are laws against it.
btw, harming animals as a child is a strong predictor of growing up to be a serial killer. might want to get help now while you still can ....

as long as it isnt animal abuse, then you cant go to jail. imean, pepl use bettas (siameese fiting fish) to fite with eachother all the time.
