I want to show a modern movie to my class but I am not sure if there are any out there that take a look at economics. Also keep in mind that the movie cannot be rated R. Can you give me a few ideas???

"Enron" the Documentary.

I watched this for my Economics field trip (I didn't even think we would've gotten a field trip). It's a good look on how statistics (accounting records and regular statistics) can be distorted and, at times, completely falsified so that evil men can make a profit. It is in no way indicative of the wider business community, but with so many recent corporate scandals my former high-school Economics teacher found it a good field trip. Alternatively, you could show something like "McLibel", which is equally as good. Let the students pick from a range of titles.

There is an episode of the Dilbert cartoon show where Dilbert goes to jail after being and ends up teaching the inmates basic economics.

Something easier to find (and more highly acclaimed):
"A Beautiful Mind" tells the story of Dr. John Nash, father of modern game theory (PG-13)
