Have you ever noticed on here that some top contributors think they know it all just because (read on plz)??

they think they know it all just because they are top contributors in their section?

if you have noticed this, feel free to give an example.

Not really, i figure it's just because the top contributors have been on yahoo answers the longest.

TC does no longer propose you are the final answerer. All it potential is which you have contributed a super volume in one type. I signed on one morning and had the TC related to my avatar. There are somewhat some available who i think of could be TC yet are not. My Q&A use to be open until i began out having solutions reported now and lower back those solutions have been months previous. ultimate answer is the single with the main votes no longer inevitably the final one. each and every individuals has one vote in keeping with question. I won't even flow into the different account holders that vote the comparable answer. some TC might like the label to easily be displayed interior the class that they have been assigned so it would be much less confusing to flow to different boards. some might like the alternative of no longer having it exhibiting in any respect. first and best this is a designation meaning one element and one element purely. multiple questions have been replied. It does not point out in any respect shape or variety that the respond is extra effective than others. you may get a TC in Polls and Surveys purely via asserting confident and no. There you flow my 2 cents properly worth. EDIT: thank you to the Asker for correcting my incorrect information approximately P&S. they at the instant are not eligable for TC opposite to my fact above.

I was a top contrib.. but it's just a badge.. alas some see it as a target.. I do like answering a variety of questions ANYWHERE.. so that soon went..

it's based on the number of questions you answer etc =)

I just like answering questions regardless , not really bothered about a badge.

that designation seems to be given to those with a high % of best answers.... does not mean they know any thing... just that someones picked their answers as best because they agreed with them... as is the usual case... dose not even come close to saying it is the correct answer...
