HP, is having some really serious problems with their PC and their platforms. (Hackers are having a filed day with HP).
Don't really know what has happen to HP, as they were a really good PC.
Perhaps you should remove "Total Care Advisor". I have never been a fan of software that claims to be everything to everybody. It is hard enough for one antivirus, to keep you secure. And I use four antispyware, as one will always find what the other miss.
Just don't see how one security system, thinks it can do the job 100%.
