I am making a cd cover for my father in law and thought it would be funny if he opened it to find elvis on it with his face. I can't find anything like that online. Only elf yourself and stuff like that. Any ideas?

You can just cut the picture and crop the one you want to edit! by using the one and only Paintshop

Have you got anything like Paint Shop Pro? can do it in that.

if ur computer has it
paint look through ur prgrams to find it
or
download photoshop and photoshopped the picture
