Need Phone number?

I am trying to get a phone number for a business, all I have is an address. I called information and they said that they have no listing by address, only by name, and I do not know the name of the business.. any ideas as to how to get that darn number!!??

Some cities still have city directories. Call the public library in that city and ask them if they have a city directory. Then tell them that you have an address and need the phone number of the business at that address. Ask them to look up the number. They will probably oblige.
