President Bush is more intelligent than most give him credit for; unlike poor Paris Hilton. The President may not be a very articulate speaker, whether that is by design has yet to be determined, he has demonstrated a skill for forcing his agenda along with little or no regard to either national or international policies. In my opinion, it would more accurate to say "Will President Bush go down in history as the Jefferson "Soapy" Smith of politics in history?"
