I was wondering if there were any grants for Senior Citizen's so they can fix there house. I know a 85yr old that has water in there heat pipe so they had to disconnect the heat to the bottom of the split level house. She spent 10,000 calling in professionals to fix the problem and after all they did the problem was still not fixed. All of her social sec. goes directly to medicine. There are countless problems with the house, you couldnt sell it because of the dirty water in the heat pipes. The Portch is caving in, kitchen...I wont even go into detail...Theres just soo much to do, she cant afford loans because she really doesnt have any income. Are there any grants or somthing to help this growing disaster of a house.
