Are you sure you aren't supposed to find this expirically by adding drops to an 1/8 tsp measure? You'll probably find you can get 7 or 8 drops in an 1/8 tsp measure, which would make a tsp between 56 and 64 drops. I think typically 60 drops is used as the measure of 1 tsp.
