Nothing wrong with blondes, especially since there are really great dumb blonde jokes. With a few exceptions of course. (Sharon Collins Newman Abbott from Y&R being one of them.) But that doesn't mean ALL blondes are bad.
You need to stop hating and get out there and meet some nice, friendly blonde people. Maybe you can let go of your hatred. That's what I'd tell him.

Me thinks you use the term psychotic unwisely, has this person had a major personallity change showing signs of hallucinations been athreat of harm to themselves or others,
my guess is probably not
