check the filter, check outside to see if its venting and does it have normal pressure. Make sure your vent isnt clogged . also make sure the vent isnt crimped or squashed by the dryer

After checking Williams suggestion about the filter and exhaust duct, you may also consider that perhaps part of the heating element has gone out. If your not electrically inclined then you should get an electricain or appliance person to check it for you.
If your electrically astute then grab your clamp meter and check to see how much current the dryer is drawing while it is on full. If it is not near the plate current listed by the manufacturer, then you probably have a bad heating element.

It could be a 110 Amp. or one of the elements are burned.

filter or filter duct is cloged, clean it out check the out side discharge is the flap opening up /
