Yes to your first question. Yes to your second question that it makes it easier. The reason is the cheater finds excitment and the fact he is with someone makes it a lot better having an extra relationship with "ms x". If he was single Ms x wouldn't be that attractive is what I mean. The fact of being seeing ms. x hidding from the rest of the world, is what makes their relationship "special". The fact now things are a lot more difficult because the original wife/girlfriend found out, it only increase the excitment and makes him more tempted to do the prohibited and the cycle goes on and on for as long as the wife/girlfriends can take it or the guy goes through a major psychological change that I haven't ever heard anyone changing in that aspect.
The only way to avoid ms. x being the other woman, is by leaving the guy by himself, he will also lose interest in ms. x once he finds himself alone, or ms. x wont date him anymore because he is not married anymore.
Ms. x and the chater have serious issues, same as the original wife if she stays. The healthy thing is to leave a cheater by himself/herself and find someone else and to never be afraid of go through the process of breaking up since it's hard, but it worth it, specially if the person loves herself/himself wich is the KEY in all this, definitely will find something better.

I believe that if a man has cheated on his wife to begin with, then yes he will more than likely do it again.. he already has proven that he doesn't mind breaking promises what should stop him the next time around.. I think that cheating like lying gets easier.

Absolutely. Especially if she knows about it and forgives him. Once a cheater always a cheater. Someone with bad charcter who would cheat once would do it a million times if given the opportunity.

men that cheat generally fall into one of the following categories:
- those that cheat and like to talk (brag?) about it to their other dirt bag friends, or,
- those that cheat for the "thrill" of it; breaking the rules or looking for something not in his relationship..
men in the first category tend to be repeaters. they will keep doing until their Lady kicks them out.
men in 2nd category may or may not be repeaters. But at some point, they will stop cheating.
In either category, if he figures out that cheating will really hurt the Lady he is with, then he would probably stop.
Sorry this is so long. Thank You for reading it..

Look at it this way, he cheated and you took him back... What exactly are the consequences of cheating? I mean when is enough... well, enough? How many times are they going to cheat and then get taken back.... Some men cheat because of the thrill of attempting to get away with it, some men do it because they are wanted, some do it just to do it and some do it to fulfill something they're not getting at home... My question is, if they can do it once, who is to say not twice?

If the man cheats on his wife, he could slip again yes, if you dont find out the root cause. You need to find out why he cheated, what was wrong , fix the problem then it wont happen again

Yes but he can turn it around and remember the pain it caused and put that to use as i did.
We are like drunks in a 12 step program.
You have to want to quit.
It takes heart.
Ps> I will always be a cheater in recovery.

it depends on a man,if he cheats for the first time because he succumb to a temptation, then chances are its a very remote possibility that he will do it again especially if he is remorseful on what he did,but if he cheats and sort of brag about the wrong things that he did chances are he will cheat again

Of course. Once the man cheats on his woman and he doesn't get punished for it, he will do it again and again. Some people don't stop until they get caught and some still don't stop.
