Drinking lots of water and eating raw organic fruit and vegetables.
Making an olive oil and egg yolk face mask for both face and hair.
Putting both those things listed above into one - any fruit or veggies that have become too old for eating can be pulped and blended into nutritious skin creams - avocados are really good for this!
A dab of sea salt to wash your face is a great exfoliator but avoid the eyes and moisturise quickly after.
The sap of Aloe works really well for minor skin complaints.
Use a humidifier when your heater is on.
Use freshly used but cool tea bags as eye pads; they reduce puffiness.
Slices of potato are good too.
For a minor itchy skin rash, try a tepid bath with bicarbonate of soda in it.
Lemon juice is great for oily skin or brown patches.
Chamomile tea is lovely for bringing out the highlights in blonde hair and rosemary infusions for dark hair.
Vinegar helps remove detergents from shampooing and adds gloss.
Beer adds body to flat, sad hair.
Hope you can find something here you like!

Hope this helps

Olive oil. Being Italian it's all we use. Inside and out. It's readily absorbed by the skin and all natural, not derived from petroleum. Why else do you think Italians never seem to age!!???

Got this from my mother...she used vaseline on her skin...face, legs, everywhere. She just passed away last year at the age of 75 and everyone thought she was in her fifties because her skin looked so good.
