I break down and cry, hugging them and making sure I touch them inappropriately while doing so, making it last as long as possible. Works best at a busy shop when you are being served and there is a whole bunch of people staring...

I always knock them out, and then sell them into slavery to a diamond-mining company in some misbegotten 3rd World country...
And leave a note pinned to their underwear that says...
"Thanks! You have a nice day, too..."

It ALL depends on how OLD you are. Look at it this way: - if he says it to a 12 year old then he means that her boobs are impressive :-) (but if he is a dirty old man, thats BAD.) - if he says the same thing to an OLD LADY then the guy had better get his head checked lol
