I like the white meat too...
If I get a two piece, it mas to be a wing and a breast (the breasts have more meat and more skin)
I LOVE THE SKIN...
my fav place is either New York Fried or Crown Fried

SJ-SC-CA Incredible Chicken Salad 3 cups chicken breast (cooked and cubed) 1 cup pineapple (diced) 1/2 cup celery (diced) 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup raisins 1/4 cup walnuts 1/8 cup dried cranberries 2 Tablespoons sweet onion (minced) 2 Tablespoons apple juice Combine all ingredients in a bowl until well combined and chill. I like dark meat best, so probably the leg. The local grocery store, Al's makes some awesome fried chicken!

i like dark meat the white is just a little too dry for my liking and my favorite place to get chicken from besides Popeyes and Churches is my mama's kitchen if u know what i mean i'm from the dirty south so we know how to fry up some chicken

Well no one can make chicken like I can because I have a special battered seasoning mix. I also like Popeys, KFC, and Hooters. My fav piece is the wing or breast.

I like all the bird. Fried breast from Stroud's in KC is wonderful. Thigh fillet on skewers cooked Yakitori style is also 'fit to eat.'
