A girl shes 15 was babysitting for one of her friends she had been watchin them for 7 months and her and the husband were friends and he came home one nite at like 8 and she was goin to spend the nite the parents were leavin the next morning at 4am the wife was still at work and she didnt get off till 12am so she was sittin on 1 end of the couch and he on the other and he started scootin closer to her and then he put his arm around her and said can u keep a secret she said yea why? and he layed her down next to him on the couch and started rubbin her bac, and she was nervouse and did not kno what to do then he started kissin her and she said NO but he continued to kiss her so then she got up off the couch and went outside in tears he followed her out there and tryed to put his hands down her pants and she said NO and went bac inside he came in there and apoligized but it happend everytime she babysat he told his wife but made it sound like it was all her should she tell her mom?? Why??

Hell yes, she should tell her mother, and the police. What happened was not her fault! It was the scumbag husband's fault! What he did makes him a criminal. If he did it to her, there's no telling how many others he's done it to or will do it to. This guy is dangerous. He is a potential rapist. And he needs to be in jail, where perverts belong.
Your friend has nothing whatsoever to be ashamed of. This dirtbag of a husband does.

First of all, she needs to have someone who believes it was not her fault, and she also needs to stop babysitting for this couple. Her parents needs to know as at this point, it will be her word against his, and very likely, the wife will stand by her husband. She is a minor, and this can be very nasty if it reaches a court meaning if her parents are willing to hire a lawyer and take him to court. It can be very difficult emotionally for everyone involved, but if she goes back to babysitting, it will look like he was right all along. Since no one else was there, it will be the word of a 15 year old vs a grown man. If they hire a lawyer, it could be very nasty for both parties involved unless by some miracle, they decide to settle out of court (rare).

Yes, she should definitely tell her mother, and she should also tell the police. She did the right thing by saying No and trying to leave the situation. She should refuse to go babysit there again. She did not do anything wrong and it's not her fault. She should definitely tell the authorities because there is a possibility that he could try to do this again and hurt some other girl.
