Re look at your Security again - starting with your firewall (you want one which does not leak or leave ports open)

System recovery?? Not a system restore??
Yes, U are probably STILL hacked. You should clean out your computer with ad-aware, spy bot, and a good anti virus program, but if you really are hacked, you're going to have to reformat and reinstall to be safe. After the reformat and reinstall, make sure to keep your computer protected.

Yes cause even though you repaired the damage the hacker still has access to your stuff.....

while you can go and change all passwords and try not to send any mail untill you change the password..

If that happened to me I would format my PC...

You probably have a silent keylogger or a trojan sitting in your PC tracking your every password and allowing easy access to your PC.

Just format your PC and reinstall Windows, your PC has already been hugely compromised.

It likely wasn't a living breathing hacker, it was malware.

Use the Discover Tab to learn all about malware.

Firewalls Do nothing.

AV's Do nothing

they can be bypassed.

Format your Hard drive(s) and never open anything you Download again. ( until you run all the files through http://Virustotal.com and you get NO Flags.
