What's the worst or weirdest re-gifting or scam you ever have pulled on Christmas? Me and a bunch of co-workers were talking about this.
1. Mine- I got a necklace from my boyfriend at the time- Hated it and my mother gave me a necklace I also hated. Returned both- with twice the money and bought the one I wanted but told both that "They" had paid for it. LOL
They both thought I got a really good deal!!
2. Co Worker #1- Her aunt- Regifted an old worn Tiffany's bracelet to her!! Because they both have really small wrist... and she turned around and sold it on eBay. Only problem is Aunt ask her about it sometimes- like it was a great gift!
3. Co Worker#2- Collects every free sample of everything for the year and puts it in a gift basket and gives it to someone she hates but has to give a present too…. Last year it was her officemate.
Anyone else have any good stories?

i once re gifted a barbie to a coworker I had gotten in a polyanna, because she loved barbie. I even told her I was regifting it! She loved it. It was tami! Too!

When I was younger I said to someone "do you want this for Christmas" pointing at a picture of something in a catalog, and they were like "Yeh!" really happy...........
Then on Christmas day I gave them a box wraped up and inside was the picture from the catalog cut out. lol.

im not to big on regifting cause the person who gave it to me always has a way to find out then they get upset and i feel bad . i just learned to live with my crappy gifts =]

We had a christmas secret santa one year.. and i got a gift from some one I didn't like.., so next year we did it again and gave it back to her :)
