I have a picture of 5 Northern Pintail (ducks) on my desktop. It has meaning to me--that is my favorite of all waterfowl. They are stunningly beautiful birds. All of the grace in the world all wound up into a bird.

At work, it's whatever generic background that came with the computer.
On my personal laptop, it's a picture of my nieces at Navy Pier from this summer.

My desktop is pretty random, and has no meaning to it. It's a holiday themed picture of the Gossip Girl cast... =\

I have a picture of the mountains I took out of an airplane. It reminds me of my vacation and what a good time I had. Plus, it is a beautiful picture.

I have made up at least 25 display themes. Color means too much to me. I use Yahoo and Google under 'images' and copy abstract art, tile it in display, and match it to a color scheme of my own. So mine changes every day.
