remove the cover, [that the start rope was in] look at the rewind pully look for a pc of rope that is left in the rope pully, remove it, it will be in a slot on the side of the rewind pully, turn the rewind pully counter clock wise
[warning theres a spring under it] keep turning it till it will not go any more, NOTE its gona get hard to hold it, use plires of vice grips to hole it in place, look for the rope slot, and hole in the rewind puly grove, put the loose end of the rewind rope thru the hole on the out side of the starer housing, [like it was] thread it thru thr rewing pully hole into the slot, tye a knot in the end , slowly let the pully loose and let it rewind, reinstall the houseing, pull the rope a little to get the rewind to line up and slip on the flywheel spinner,
