You can get pregnant ON the shot, as nothing including depo is 100% effective.

Glad you are off the shot.

It can take up to or over a year to fully get your periods back or even conceive.

If you think you are pregnant, GET A TEST. Or talk to a doctor if you don't trust the test.

Have you increased your caffeine intake? Even just a cup of coffee a day increase can cause you to have sore breasts.
