CCCD may stand for:

Copy Control Compact Disc: see also Copy Control

Or do you mean to "CC" someone (CC'd) - in which case, it stands for Carbon Copy (or Courtesy Copy) - this is a way of forwarding an email message to someone ;);)

Could be Roman numerals for 800, but it would be backwards.
