Judaism started around 1500 B.C. It's first followers have records dating back to then.

Edit: Abraham did not start Christianity. Christianity was started after the death of Jesus, Abraham was long dead by then. And Abraham did started Judaism, but not Islam, which was started by the Prophet Mohamed around 600 A.D. Also, Abrahman was around in 3,000 B.C. but he had no followers until about 1500 B.C. (they didn't start recognizing the religion until then). I believe your getting confused by the fact that all three of these religions see Abraham as a significant figure, cowboy.

All of the next three answers go back to Abraham, known as the father of religion. He started the Islam, the Christian and Judaism religions. About circa 3,000 B.C.
