I am looking for a labtop computer that does not need electricity they us it in places that dont have electicity can anyone help please it's water proof, sand proof etc.

There was a rumor back a while ago that Microsoft was making a hand crank powered Laptop for use in remote areas where power would not be available.
They were referred to as the "$100" laptop. Very basic.

ha i got 2 but they are apple solar they run on light any light will work for over 12 hours!
