Not much got out of the USSR during it's time. They clamped down on anything they didn't want the world to know. I don't know that they have released much even now.

We were allies with Russia during WWII. Besides, we defeated Hitler not Stalin.

You could take that one step further - Stalin was worse than Hitler, but Mao was WAY worse than Stalin

The same reason, it is never mentioned, about the 6 to 8 million Chinese the Japanese killed during WW ll.

because Hitler targeted someone and the entire world got involved ... there are plenty of genocides going on right now... but they're only affecting those dying; so, the rest of the world, sadly, does not care
