My hubby and i are trying to think of a name for our son, but we don't want to use names that we have used on previous children and we don't even wanna use the same letter for this baby. So my other children's names start with J, S,and N. My husband likes the name Sebastien but i like it more with an "L" so Lebastien. Lebastien just seems to roll off your tongue better, we both mutuall agree on Anthony for a middle name but i think Lebastien Anthony sounds better than Sabastien Anthony.
Which name do you think sounds better and what is the first thing that you think of when you hear Sebastien? and what are your thoughts on Lebastien?

kids will get picked on for just about anything these days, even the color of their hair so i am not worried about that sort of thing.

my other kids names are Nicco(nee-co) and Jaymz(james) and they have never been picked on for the unusual names they have, and i'm not worried about my kids being picked on because i raise my kids to deal with situations appropriately without violence. Why worry about stuff like that now anyway, bullying is such a big thing the more i talk about it or worry about the more it contributes to other things.

What's your other son's name? You said you had 3 - each name beginning with a J, S, and N.
If that's so, then I guess I wouldn't use Sebastian, another S name, again. I really like it though. Lebastian is just too made-up, and (not being homophobic here), but I really do see the word lesbian in it! There's just way too much teasing potential there.
Luke Anthony, Liam Anthony, Logan Anthony, Lawson Anthony, Leif Anthony, Leland Anthony, Lee Anthony, Lennon Anthony (after John, of course lol), Leo Anthony, Leopold Anthony, Levi Anthony, Lincoln Anthony, Lochlan Anthony, Lionel Anthony, Lloyd Anthony, Lucius Anthony, etc would all sound much better with Nicco and Jaymz.
Good luck and congrats!

I don't like Sebastien and I especially don't like Lebastien. It sounds like something sexual or something.
How about:
Luke Anthony
Ryan Anthony
Oliver Anthony
Samuel Anthony
ETA: Yes, kids do get picked on for just about everything but giving him a strange name is just adding fuel to the fire and to say you're not worried if he gets picked on is very sad. As a mother you should be doing everything possible to make sure he doesn't get picked on.

I personally prefer Sebastien, rather than Lebastien but maybe it's just because it seems kind of like a made-up name to me. Name your child what you want to name him, don't listen to anyone else. Congrats on the new baby!

Lebastien sounds kind of weird but Sebastien Anthony I think sounds nice. But it is your child and your decision and if you think that Lebastien is a nice name then you should go for it.

I really like Sebastian, but I really don't like "Lebastian"--sorry! It just doesn't sound like a real name, more like a body part or a disease. I think with a name like Lebastian you are setting him up to be teased in school.
On the other hand, Sebastian is VERY cute, and I like the way it sounds with Anthony too.
Congrats on the baby boy, and sorry I didn't like the name :)

I like Lebastian, unique but not too off the wall.

Lebastian will get him picked on something fierce. Get a baby book and look under the letters that you have left. (No J's, S's and N's will limit what you can pick from, though!)
