I work out five days a week for at least an hour, and I want a little help with losing the weight.

I've heard different reviews with Alli and Slimquick, and would like to hear reviews from those who have used ONE or BOTH of these pills.

I respect answers from those who do not use them, and will try to sway me from trying them, but I am looking for reviews from those who have tried one or both.

blue eyes - I respect your answer and thank you for it, but I'm looking for those with experiences with it.

graciela - Thanks a bunch for your answer, how much fat can you have per day without getting icky stool?

I used Alli. I think it could work, but I just didn't have the drive to constantly eat healthy - I wasn't ready yet I guess. I still have the pills.

With Alli you REALLY have to watch how much fat you eat, because you will get oil coming out in your stool. It will coat the whole toilet bowl with it. Quite nasty. Also, if you eat too much fat you can have soft stool or diarhea - but I never did.

I think it would work if you faithfully stuck to it. You don't want to take more than three a day.

I wouldn't try those. Just take control and have some discipline.

I would try to stay active and get some exercise. Cardio will help as well as some light weight training. Don't worry about the scale but more your body fat percentage and the way you look. Some weight lifting can really help. It takes a long time to look like a body builder so don't worry about it too much. Get some muscle definition. This will help increase your metabolism.
