10^3 is 1000, therefore your answer would be (x-10)(x^2+10x+100) or whatever the formula is. Then if the second one factors you factor it. Your bases are x and 10. Good luck!

x^3-1000
= x^3-10^3
=(x-10)(x^2+10x+100)

1000 cn b written as (10)^3.
so u gt
=> x^3 - (10)^3
now u can apply d formula fr
a^3 - b^3 = (a-b)(a^2 + ab + b^2)
thus ur answer is
( x - 10 ) ( x^2 + 10x + 100)
