Ok, so, ive been searching for ages and the cheapest i found was £8.85 (for black ink) and I was wondering if anyone can direct me to anywhere that is cheaper. I would prefer original cartridges but compatibles will do.

Aye, tried ebay cheapest was £8.99 + £1,99 postage.

Cannon ink cartridges are on of the easiest to refill.
Buy a refill kit and follow the instructions.
But do it on old newspaper and were latex gloves.
Sometimes you can get 3 to 6 uses out of a cartridge before the print head wears out.

look out for cheap ink on QVC - they have some great bargins!!
