Windshield wiper motors on a nissan 95 altima. The guy says it will be 220 parts and labor. Is this completely unfair?

Sounds a little on the steep side, but not totally unreasonable. Windshield wiper motor is about $80, about 1 hour to replace.

I'd estimate that it should run about $160+tax.

The only way is to call around and see how much the motor will be if you went and bought it and find out if he is using nissan replacement parts or aftermarket

Dealer said it would cost me $225 to replace one on my Caravan ( Dodge ).....Bite Me I told him. Went to a salvage yard....paid the man $25 and installed it myself in app 30 min. It's been in for over a year and works great.

yup, sure is, it's easy to do it yourself, everything is pretty out in the open, a couple of metric wrenches and your all set.
