Don't take diet pills, or buy dumb products like slimfast!
You say you're "not good at exercise" but you just need to find a type of exercise you like. Join a sports team at school or an afterschool program, or get a bike and ride to school. Even walking helps... Do you usually ask for a ride to the store? Walk instead (if you live within a few miles, and it's safe in your area, that is...)
And as far as what you eat... it's healthiest to eat many small meals through the day. You say you're a picky eater... what sort of things do you like? There are probably healthy things that you will enjoy.
Edit: You live on a gravel road? Get a mountain bike. And just because your homeschooled doesn't mean you can't join a sports team, most communities have youth leagues.
And the not liking fruits and veggies thing isn't going to work. There must be SOME vegetables you like... try a lot of them.

Having to eat or be sick is sign of a health problem, but there are ways to maintain yourself and not have the same problems. Look at what you eat and make changes to that. Try going for healthier food alternatives. Exercise, even if just going for a couple of 20 minute walks each day. You can talk to counselors about what kind of diet (not lack of food just different food) may help you the most. Good luck.

there is no such thing as being "not good" at execersising. you miht exercise and think you looks stupid but i think that is normal. here is my advice. you can eat whatever you want. as long as you walk fast or run for an hour 5 days a week. if ou do an hour 5 days a week you could be on a chocolate diet and be ok. but seriously. try not to eat as much, walk or run for an hour a day, and try not to eat after 7pm, or 3 hrs before you go to bed when ever that is. lastly drink alot of water.

You should see a psychiatrist, who will help you with your eating disorder. You should ask your family doctor about recommendations for healthy eating and exercise. Many people think that you have to work so hard to get the right amount of exercise, but actually you don't.

honey, the only thing you can do is excercise, but you have to do it right. Don't lift wieghts, don't worry about sit ups and crunches and all that. you need to do vigorous activity, like running, or if you have access to an elliptical exercise machine, or a cross-trainer, they work absolutely great. What you need to do is raise your metabolism, and the only way to do this is with exercise. People with a high metabolism will be able to eat as much as they want without gaining weight.

you arent destined to be fat, you have to make decisions, and your decisions will make you bigger or smaller. eventually the things you choose become habits. there are plenty of options that will lead you to a healthy happy lifestyle. you should start by getting involved in sports. talk to a coach at your school. i have been smoking for 17 years and just decided to quit. not easy, but every minute is a decision, health or sickness.

It's because they are addicted to foods with a lot of fat and salt content. Vegetables are too bland for their palates.

I would start with Atkins. www.atkins.com 2 weeks of protein and salad...protein kills your appetite as it takes longer to digest and you lose weight FAST!!!!!! and the info on the site is FREE!!
If this is to hard then start with the SouthBeach. If you are hypoglycemic I strongly suggest staying away from sugar as all it will do is make you crave more sugar! Protein and fiber are fillers.
I hope this helps, please let me know how it's going or if you need someone to chat with!

Well I hate to tell you, but you are either going to have to exercise or starve yourself somewhat. I lost 100lbs, by eating less, and exercising more. Went from 6'5" 280, to 6'5" 180
