Yellow eggs are infertile eggs, so many reptiles are capable of this. I've had yellow eggs before from chameleons and a few snakes. Fertile eggs are going to be white. But I can't tell you what red eggs are.

I am not aware of any reptile that lays colored eggs- they are usually off-white to tan, maybe streaked with some darker smears or mottling- but most are just bone white.

Well...I know quails lay eggs [similar] to that, but then again, quails are types of birds, not reptiles. lol

Did you find them in your yard?
Are you sure they're not mushrooms?
