That depends a lot on where the property is located. If it is near a city that is growing rapidly it could be worth millions. But if it is in an area that is depressed economically it may be worth less than $1000 an acre.

It depends where it is.
100 acres on Manhattan is probably worth billions of dollars but 100 acres out west may not be worth a whole lot.

Joke - less than it was yesterday...in the US anyway.
Depends on location.
I have bought a 171 acre parcel for <$30k (northern ME) (less than $200/acre) and have paid as much as $70k for 2 acres (central CO) and I have 40 acres for sale in MA right now for $40k.
Also even in a given location. What are the laws, how many legal lots is it, can you divide it, what is the zoning, is it a toxic waste dump, etc.
State a location and you will get better answers.

I really don't know what people ask questions like this. Who knows without doing an apparisal. What you are asking is like asking how much is a blue car.

It all depends on property value and where you live. It also depends on location and demand for land.

The range on that is so wide it is pointless to try to answer it. Depends on where it is.
