so i inherited some christmas decorations that were stored with moth balls. anyone know how to get that horrid smell out?? i'd love to use them but they're smelling up the house...

let them air dry the smell out by placing them outside for a few days then spray some freshner on them

Try putting them in a box with some boking soda and see if that helps. Maybe the baking soda will absord the smell like it does in the fridge.

Hmm...

You could try to air them out outside, then bury them in Christmas-y potpourri.
