Quiting my first job, I had worked for the company for 6 years and did everything requested of me I worked at 100% covered for the sick, filled in reception on breaks as well as my own job. My boss decided to monitor my work and give me unrealistic task deadlines, he then give me more duties and responsibilities of a higher position and refused to promoted me, I was naive and thought it might lead to a promotion. One day I got asked to see him in his office, I attended, this was formal meeting with the manager in which he accused my of stealing a file of all things and his excuse was I made an error when working on the file and that I had hid it where he could not find it. He then said he demoting me and that he would overlook the sack if the file was found. The next day I handed in my notice as the whole experience was insane and I could not work for him anymore. I luckily found a new job before I left to the shock of my colleagues whom thought I would not and the week before I left the boss said he found the file in the accounts department and in a sneaky way implied I but it their. I had never told any of my collegues the reason I was leaving, I just said I wanted a career change, then after he announced he had found the file ect a collegue said Im not suprised your leaving after all that and quoted what had happened in the meeting and said everyone knew. Best decision I made was to leave and I got a higher position and more pay in my new job, which ticked off my boss a collegue told me.

To stick with my husband wand work it out. He went to boot camp, then schooling while I was in my last trimester, then gave birth and he didn't get to come get us until our son was 9 months old. It was a huge hit for him. He realilzed that being married and a father was a lot harder than he thought and he didn't think that he was up for it. The next couple years were extremely hard, and then when we were both looking into getting a divorce, we decided that we really do love each other and that we have to work on it. Life is now greater than it has ever been and we are both happy that we made that choice.

well, so far in my short life of 13 years, the most important decision that ive ever made was picking out the flute that i wanted. i had to choose between a Pearl Elegante flute and a Powell Signature flute. I chose the Powell and i LOVE it!!!!!!! So yeah. that was my most important and best decision that i've ever made.

To trust again. I had a rather unstable childhood and trust wasnt a commonplace in the household. Ive run into some idiots, but those I trust I cherish, teaches you to take in life that bit more.

To not kill myself. I had been through some hard times emotionally, but I just decided to suck it up, get over it, and get on with life. Really glad I did! The world can be a great place. =)
