Hiya Dallas! My personal favourite was the bridge scene in the film The Untouchables, Sean Connery's role as the Police Officer giving Kevin Costner's role as Elliot Ness a moral lesson on how to catch Al Capone. I cannot remember it word for word but it stood out as the turning point in the film to which Sean Connery was nominated for the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.

"Faith is believing in something when common sense tell you not to."
From the Christmas movie "Miracle on 34th Street"
Although this statement is refering to believing in Santa Claus, it is a profound question that has helped me with my religion and the belief in God.
