My personal favourite was the bridge scene in the film The Untouchables, Sean Connery's role as the Police Officer giving Kevin Costner's role as Elliot Ness a moral lesson on how to catch Al Capone. I cannot remember it word for word but it stood out as the turning point in the film to which Sean Connery was nominated for the Oscar for Best Supporting Actor.
