I am a female and my preference would be:
1) The pill - it's effective and once you get into the habit of taking it every day, it's no big deal. If you're on a low dose of hormones, then the side effects are minimal.
2) Male condom - it's easy, and STD's suck, so it's pretty handy. But it's also smelly and gross...
3) Spermicide suppository - it's a hassle to ruin the moment to go put something on... but if you're afraid of putting hormones in your body it's a good alternative to the pill
4) Female condom - same reasons as above, plus the extra grossness factor.
5) ECP - it's too much of a risk for me. I'd be a nervous wreck.
6) Pull out method - what, are you crazy?

If I still needed birth control, my first choice would be the IUD. Very wonderful method. Secondly, the pill. The rest of that stuff is a real bother

easily I hear plenty extra from the anti-determination crowd than from everyone else approximately this difficulty. My take on the undertaking of undesirable pregnancies is that it is not my business enterprise except i'm in that undertaking and could basically be my difficulty and no person else's different than who I share the undertaking with. as a results of fact of this i don't intervene with others' options as a results of fact i don't % them to meddle in my business enterprise. the undertaking of abstinence is in basic terms unrealistic even though it is noted in places that grant abortion centers. in case you haven't got self belief me then make a telephone call to a form of clinics and ask approximately al the literature that health center grants or in basic terms ask to talk to the pinnacle nurse or business enterprise workplace supervisor. in my view, i think of abstinence is unrealistic yet i've got not got a undertaking with it being advised. the undertaking of start administration and contraceptives is the main marvelous business enterprise of planned Parenthood, the business enterprise that's demonized through the professional-existence flow. definite, they supply abortions yet they frequently advice (and distribute) contraceptive use. regrettably, some contributors of Congress at the instant are not prepared to even enable birth control classes to proceed and that they % to de-fund such classes. i in my view do not see any professional-determination practitioner not offering anyonemwith contraceptives.
