I would say if someone has the money to raise and put forth an education for more than 4 then sure why not BUT Ive seen way too many people who cant even afford one and they have 5 or 6 and its crazy! Theres this wonderful new invention called the PILL........theres condoms, theres the shot, theres the patch, theres the spermacide and the sponge............BUT they keep having more and more babies. The sad part is people who do want a baby and can afford them try so hard and cant have one but like I said the others r popping them out left and right and could care less about any of them! Im with you on this one friend! Have a wonderful Christmas!

I doubt that there's a 'perfect' kid; really good ones perhaps, but definately not perfect. I dunno, my mom calls me a perfect kid, maybe because I don't rebel, I'm not loud, I'm never fussed with what I eat, I never ask (or constantly nag) for things I want(she buys me alcohol even though I'm underage, because I never ask for anything), I don't smoke or do drugs, and she's never found any porn in my room, which is probably because I don't have any - and never have. - but then again, I'm lazy; my room is a mess, and I never go out of my own way to help with anything around the house (unless someone asks me), because I'm introverted and quiet and my father was an abusive prick which is what made me as such. ♥) My strong point is english and literature, yet I pretty much failed with entirely all D grades in each year line. I got straight A's in maths, and maths is crap - I guessed practically every answer, never left any working out because there was none. I guess it just varies according to who said it and what they consider perfect, like school teacher(s), parent(s), and whatever else.

Money plays a big role, but the most important thing is that there is someone there to raise them all.
I personally think that 2 or 3 is good.
I have 2 steps and 1 of my own. The oldest one moved out (happiest day of my life) and now we only have 2 at the house. I think that is perfect.

I do believe that there is such thing as 'too much kids'.
My limit would be 3, more than that it'd be too much!
Money does play a huge role in this, there's : School, Food, Clothes, Television, Internet, Doctor, Entertainment, Diapers, etc.
In when the holidays come, I hope you have a huge wad of $$$.
Unless of course you don't spoil your kids too much!

I think it depends on the ages, your house, and the behavior of the kids. For example when I was 12 I used to babysit for money and my very favorite family was a family of 5: ages 1 1/2, 3, 6(but she was disabled, Rett syndrome, so mentally she was like 6 months), 9, and 10. They were pretty good kids, and their house was HUGE. But then again raising them is a different story, it all depends on a LOT of things.

I have two and that's just the right number for me. If someone wants 6, 10 or 12, that's alright, too. As long you can afford it, have as many as you want. What chaps my *** is people on welfare continuing to have more kids, or mothers with 4 kids that are out of control, bitching about having so many kids. You don't have to get pregnant every time you have sex.
I've managed to not get pregnant for 14 years, using condoms.

yes there is because after a certain number the parents can't spend as much time with each child and some can start to feel left out. kids need a lot of attention..
and yes money is a big part of it.
i hate it when parents are broke and they keep having kids its very irresponsible

I would say that after 4 it gets a bit much...but if a family wants to have more I think that is their right as well...so long as they have the financial means to pay for them and they're not going through any financial hardships.

I see this trailor trash all the time on those judge shows (judge joe brown, judge mathis, etc) Some of these girls on there are like 22 and already have 5 kids.
Unbelievable to me. These kinds of people should not be allowed to have kids.
