What is the term used when you are dropped by a friend?

"Friend-Dumped"..... Frumped?

i have always heard it called getting the brush off, or the door slam

you don't know me well enough to appreciate this, but a guy put this on my desk with a hand written note that said your this kind of friend

the note was a graffiti sort of thing that was in old english saying

a friend will help you move
a real friend will help you move a body

cheer up, and remember, those of us who love you are always your friend and our doors are always open to you and a plate and good food awaits (except at my house cause the dog gets everything)

By the way, if a friend isn't too much a friend to dump you, then you've lost nothing. Remember the friends who remain, and enjoy life.
