Some idiot is suing a New York night club because he feels he is discriminated against because of "ladies night." What do you all think?

Honestly I always wondered when someone was going to do that...Is he an idiot yes, is he wrong no. It some ways it is discrimination, but look at the bright discounts for ladies means more ladies will be there...which can have a positive result for the male patrons. (lol)

if he's that bothered by it then what he needs to do is dress up like a lady and go. him suing the night club is only going to make them go up on the cover charge and drinks, so it will end up biting him in the butt anyway.

If it's the guy I think, one of our local radio stations talked to him. He's an idiot!!! Oohhh my goodness you should hear his "reasoning". So now, they've done away with ladies night at allot of clubs and the women are p-ssed. Now they're thinking of suing too!! WTF??? He did win in court though, he got a whole $150.00 in punitive damages (I think that's the word for it.)
No wonder he's single....
