Oh dear ... that was horrid and almost sweet in a strange and bizarre way! lol

Why yes, my friend, I am a pretty decent singer. I have been singing for most of my life. On my profile it says I am a musician and my instrument is my voice. (Although I played flute/piccolo for 10 years, and a bit of drums, guitar, and piano through the years.) As a matter of fact the picture on my 360* was of me singing on stage in Nashville, TN. I almost moved there to pursue a country music career, but it never panned out. That is a small regret I have to this day. Besides country I also sing Christian (such as Amy Grant), Gospel, and am going to start training for opera.

Now I sing in madrigal groups at times, in the church choir, at weddings, funerals, and my most favorite of all ... karaoke! LOL I love having drinks with friends and going out to sing and have a blast. I am by no means even close to a Mariah Carey, but I love to sing and have a fairly strong voice.

Peace ...

Compared to them I am brilliant, although I would never go on the X Factor as I dont think I'm that good, I'm just your average guy who sings in a band on a saturday night and has done for over 20 years.

The trouble with (or the beauty of) the contestants on X Factor
is that they have such high opinions of themselves and expectations of making the big time, without any preparation. I suppose thats what makes it entertaining, but I'd never live it down if Simon Cowell said don't give up your day job.

I've been asked to sing in church before but I don't think my voice is that good. Plus I'm too shy anyway. Although I do hope I'm a bit better then the majority of the people on the video you showed.

Wow...well I KNOW I can do better than that...not good enough to make money at but I can hold a tune!

I have been known to pull off Patsy Cline (Walking after Midnight) or even Janis Joplin (Bobby McGee) at karaoke night! LOL

On a scale of 1-10, I'd give myself a 5!

I can honestly say I am better than that motley crew of terrible crooners!

I do get told often that I am very good...only, I dont really like to do it unless ive had a few! then I am queen of the mic!

Not awesome but not bad... I sing karaoke with my friends a lot (so fun!) and I sang for a friend's band for a while but never in public. I kind of wanted to take voice and singing lessons at one point but never did...

I wouldn't even attempt to sing, one of my best friends is one of the greatest singers I've ever heard,so I don't even see the point in trying to sing.

I can carry a tune but I need voice lessons and talking lessons because I speak with a country accent.
