How Do I Write DnB Beats?

I have Reason and I wanna write DnB beats. How do I do it? I've tried to do it by reading an instruction I found, but it talked about 'snare' and 'high hat' and I dunno what it means...

Just count 'em for 30 seconds then multiply by 2 = BPM (Beats Per Minute) :)
