i am 6ft.63 years of age and weigh apprx.,180pounds.would you consider this to be overweight.

slightly above your weight range..only by a few punds but nothing too serious. plus you have to throw off a few pounds from shoes and clothes.

what your doing must be working cause you sound healthy

For 63 years old, I would not say your overweight. If your happy and comfortable with yourself, don't bother trying to loose weight. But I guess a little exercise and eating healthier never hurts.

no...but it all depends on how you carry your weight...like someone that's 6 foot 160 can look different if they work out regularly and thus, they are more tone. Look up "BMI chart" on yahoo. I usually go by this scale to make sure I am still in a healthy weight range.

i hear this question alot, you know i kinda feal it is stupid. For starts it has more to do with dimensions, i know a guy who is 270lbs and 5'10 but all his weight is in his arms. if you have a gut, then yeah you are fat. i weigh 235 but i have a 42" stomach, if you are active then yeah you are doing good.

Nope.I once dated a 6-foot tall dude that weighed 200 lbs and he was pretty sexy..of course he was 17...

no but i would consider running/walking daily, just to make sure you don't become overweight.

No- but \try to exercise a bit...eat a little healthier. Xmas is hard to do that...but perhaps after!
