Warren Moon is rated as one of the top 10 QBs off all time. Is Vince Young the next Warren Moon?

Vinve Young is nowhere near the player Moon was.
Warren Moon is in the HOF.
And, if he hadn't been 'refused' by the NFL (back then no one wanted a black QB on their team, check the record) when he came out of college, he probably would've been the yardage leader before Marino.

Vince Young is mobile Warren Moon was more of a pocket passer. Moon I would say in his prime had a stronger arm , but I believe in a few more years Young will develop in to more of a leader and win the big Super Bowl that Moon never played in. But only time will tell.

Nope, and I'm a Vince Young Fan. Warren Moon threw one of the tightest spirals I've ever seen (in person) when he 'ran' the run and shoot with the Houston Oilers.
Vince Young's best attribute is his ability to scramble when the play breaks down. NO ONE could mistake VY's throwing motion with Warren Moon's classic delivery and sling-ability.
In the words of Mack Brown: {paraphrase}, We tried coaching him and coaching him and realized that he had the talent and we just let him play. Okay, all you answer clones, you can correct me, but you get the drift....

Do not put Vince Young in the same league as Michael Vick. Many say he was going to be the next Steve Young and look what happened here.

No because they are two completely different players.
Warren Moon was more of a pocket passer and had a strong accurate arm.
Vince Young is more of a rollout of the pocket and scramble or throw. He is not a pocket passer and he doesn't have as strong OR accurate an arm as Warren Moon.

Not the same type of QB. Moon wasn't all that mobile by the time he got to the NFL. He was a great passer, though. Young can run, but is hit or miss as a passer.

Why Warren Moon? He has not shown even half the arm Warren Moon had.
Way too soon to make any comparisons, especially until a head coach takes the reigns off him and lets him loose.

Hard to believe Moon is considered in the top 10 when he spent so much time in the CFL. It's way too early to compare Vince to anyone.
