I do 4 times a day. Masturbation doesn't cause any harm. But it is healthy.

Most surveys suggest that approximately 94% of teenage males "admitted" that they masturbated and about70% of teen females "admitted" to this also. It’s always hard to establish absolute truth in any survey on sexuality and sexual behavior, since they are influenced so much by what people think is "normal". It is important to note the word "admitted" in the results of these surveys. Doesn't that word imply something shameful about the act of masturbating? We think so. This leads us to believe that we are still suffering from the residual Victorian morals when boys and girls were discouraged from masturbating. None of the following myths are true: "Masturbation isn't "real sex" and only losers masturbate."
Just not true. According to some sexuality experts people who masturbate tend to function better sexually when with a partner since they know their own body and have fulfilled sexual expression.
If you masturbate you will go blind or bald or get acne or hair on your hands -- or lots of other anomalies. None of these have any basis in truth.
People in relationships or married don't masturbate.
Wrong again. (Many couples masturbate mutually).
"Masturbation will stunt your growth"
Nice try, but wrong again.
“If you masturbate you'll never be able to have children”
This is just not true, who started this myth? If that was true none of us would be on this planet.
So enjoy masturbating as long as you don't hurt your penis.

Do a "search" for other answers here. You'll see that this question is asked almost daily.

The rules about masturbation being harmful started in the 18th century by a Swiss doctor, who believed masturbation to lead to insanity. Yeah, not true.

If anything, masturbation has health BENEFITS. That is, of course, so long as (a) you're not addicted (i.e. compulsively doing it such that it interferes with daily activities) and (b) it doesn't interfere with other parts of your social or romantic life (i.e. your girl doesn't feel rejected, etc.)

rumat 's answer is nuts..no pun intended..it's normal..just don't take pictures..well...if you do keep them don't text them or publish them in any way..but masturbation isn't abnormal and isn'ta sin..it can however be addicting to the point that you rely on it instead of having normal relationships as you get older..1.if you find it desirable to show yourself on webcams online or publically in any fashion, then that's a definite sign you need help..either to control the desire or seek therapy..actively becoming involved in porn and looking at porn has beena real detriment to young and older people alike i the usa..it's nota healthy activity..but don't get me wrong..masturbation is not unhealthy and can in fact be healthy..just refrain from becoming addicted to sex.like i said sex addiction is a huge problem with americas youth today..as young people that are addicred today get older, this addictive 'urge' will grow and become much stronger..in fact many psychiatrists are and psychologists are extremely concerned about what will eventually becomeof the generation that today is between tween and twenty, due to this addiction..masturbate and have fun..but control the urge.normality is one thing..extremity can become a problem in the future.
