I don't think anybody is creepier than a person who takes tabs on somebody or tries to cop a feel under a thinly veiled pretense of being friendly, silly, or helpful.
Then again, if you've seen the movie "Little Children," when the sex offender goes on the date with that girl -- that guy takes the cake when it comes to "creepy".

I always thought that an old actor by the name of Peter Lorre was creepy, until I met him and realized that it was those sick parts he played in the Movies.
