I am 4 weeks pregnant...I found out at 3 weeks...and I'm not having any kind of cramping, but I have a dull allmost tired feeling in my abs. It's not all of the time...has anyone else ever had this??? I have had a miscarriage once this year, but with that I had period type cramps. I don't know if this feeling is my abs telling me to not hold them in...I don't know, what do you think???

It's normal.
Sometimes you get awkward feeling in the lower abdomen.

Hun everything will be OK your panicking and worrying way to much right now. I know you had a very bad thing happen to you this year but just remember every pg is different. no you should not hold your abdominals in, hey be proud as your tummy grows, after all it is what you have been waiting for for a while now so show it off. that feeling you are having is your tummy muscles adjusting to your baby growing inside and will be that way until at leased two months, then it will happen again but not a noticeable after the 5th month when your baby really starts growing and gaining weight. if you start having really sharp pains then go to the hospital immediately, DO NOT ASK ABOUT IT ON HERE. it could be something that needs immediate medical attention, but i don't think you will have anything like that to worry about.

your abs are growing with your baby you will have cramps and sore places and times where you straight up hurt everywhere

dont worry about it unless you see bright red blood or keep bleeding or have period cramps again

pregnancy is a magical time full of pain, sickness and getting kicked from the inside lol

I wouldn't be alarmed, because increased stress will put stress on your body and your baby, but I would call your OB asap and explain your symptoms and your concern b/c of the previous miscarriage.

it can be normal, i had them too -- the dr told me it was aches from the uterus growing and preparing for the rest of the pregnancy, but if you are still worried about it just call your DR and ask them about it, and possibly go in to get blood work done just to be sure nothings wrong

Sounds like stress and anxiety...relaxe and be happy. Don`t let the negative energy take over your thoughts. You will NOT have another misscarriage!!!
