"hot pink" obviously has some issues

They are all nice, and hard to pick one, maybe the 1st one just might be right for a xmas party, but u can choose either the 2nd or 3rd dress too, as they are also nice!

Either something backless or one that reveals lots of cleavage. None of the above will get you noticed. And don't forget to sit next to the CEO and smile at him a lot.

I think that all 3 are nice but you will get more wear out of the second and third as they are more suitable as smart/casual wear with leggings,jeans etc...

first one says sold out, so that narrows your choices. I love the second one. Much cuter and more original if you will than the plain third one.

Most definately the 1st! It's this season's shape and it has the ideal neck embellishment that's going to be huge next this season!
