I've noticed that women will put down other women when they are not in the same vicinity, but if a man criticizes a woman (e.g. calls her "fat" or "ugly"), women will swing to her aid and call her beautiful. Does this explain the rumored "pretty feminists"? Are they, in fact, just coming to the aid of the ugly?

Angie V: Just assume that I am frighteningly ugly? Does that change the explanation that I'm probing for? I'm not criticizing ugly women. I'm seeking an explanation for the startlingly consistent ugliness among feminists.

Angie V: But if feminists are selling an ideology based on false-pretenses, shouldn't those reviewing that ideology be aware of their motivations?

Angie V: First of all, I never said that "all feminists are ugly". I am merely observing a rather consistent trend. It's very relevant because suppose that the true motivation for feminism was the promotion of the ugly moreso than the promotion of women. And suppose that pretty women are content with the non-feminist lifestyle because, through their beauty, they achieved quality mates. It follows that pretty women are being duped into a movement that doesn't actually address any of their needs and, in fact, may lessen their happiness.

Why are you so caught up on this subject? It's not nice to make fun of anyone or call anyone ugly. You don't have a right to do that and since we don't know what you look like, it's kind of cowardly.
It has nothing to do with feminism and everything to do with basic common courtesy.
Lets say, for the sake of argument, you're right. All feminists are ugly. What does that have to do with the foundation on which feminism is predicated? Ugly women don't deserve to make the same wage for doing the same job as men but pretty women do? That doesn't make any sense and you know it.

Women have been "taught" in a sense to be critical of one another, it is something to divide us. I had a friend so shallow, she called herself the "fashion police" and would comment on the women that walked by while we ate lunch. Taught me something about her, needless to say, she' s been ditched. "Ditch the *****".
Could you imagine if we didn't do that and really banded together (like men do when they are doing something wrong and ask a friend to "cover" for them) and took a stand? Wow! So much would change; better wages, working conditions, advancement, respect, retirement packages, etc., etc. Not to mention we'd be happier in our relationships because we'd be more careful, dump the jerks, be pickier, protect our hearts and respect our bodies.

HA! Hahaha!.. ummm... women are just as sexist as men. There are so many double standards...
What I HATE about feminists is they support double standards that are in womens favor and ignore them. Yet, throw a fit because a man can be called a "stud" for sleeping around and a woman is called a "sIut".
Just like religious people who lie, cheat and steal.. yet go to church every Sunday. They are religious only when it suites them. Same with feminists... they are ALL for equality until its time to take out the trash.

I will defend anyone that I think is being talked down to. Heck I have even defended some of the guys on here, after they have called me names and put me down. Raj, I know it is close to the holidays, we are all bored, but give it a rest already.

We women ought to defend our less attractive counterparts, as long as they're decent people.

It's simply not true that all women put down other women when they're not around.
I have a question for you: Why do you hate women?

i think that some people are just two-faced and so they can talk about ANYBODY behind their back, and then act all pally to their face...it has nothing to do with feminism, gender, etc. it just has to do with people in general being assinine.

At what point does being a troll for feminists lose its addictive appeal to you? How long have you been trying to annoy people with your misogyny?

Nope. Good looking people generally don't have time for ugly people.
Unless we're incredibly bored, like now for example.
